Université de Tours (France)

General information: The city of Tours, located on the Loire and Cher rivers, has a population of about 135,000. Tours is located in the historic province of Touraine, which is known for its wine growing. The Université de Tours consists of seven faculties and offers over 300 courses of study. Over 30,000 students are enrolled at the university.

Study programs and specializations: A bachelor's program and several master's programs are offered with various concentrations, including cognition, neuroscience and psychology, gerontological psychology, developmental psychology, psychopathology and clinical psychology, and industrial and organizational psychology.

Study schedule: The fall semester generally begins in early September and ends in December. The spring semester starts at the beginning of January and lasts until May.
